That was followed by a caf au lait frapp, honeyed granola in full fat milk and a freshly squeezed mango juice. On the palate, we found thick, rich pastry cream, vanilla macaroons and gorse flower custard, plus strawberry and coconut sorbet banana tuiles with a few rose petals sprinkled on top pure pleasure.
